About The Game!

A short action platformer where you must make your way through the robot infestation and stop an evil AI's reign of terror! Fight some crustacean-shaped robots, obtain a futuristic mech suit, and boost your way through the city!
(Pro gamer tip: you can jump while performing a grounded dash for a burst of speed! Master chaining boosts and jumps together to flex on your friends!)

The game contains fully re-bindable controls, as well as a speedrun timer for those who really like going fast!

This was the first complete game I've ever made, done for a final project in one of my classes. Please let me know what you thought of it — feedback is very welcome! ;^)

Default Controls:

-Player Movement: WASD
-Jump: Space
-Attack: J or Left Click
-Boost: K or Right Click
(If you are using the mouse to boost you can click the icon in the bottom left to swap between dashing based on mouse position and dashing in the direction you're holding)

KNOWN BUGS:

-The game's speed is tied to your monitor's refresh rate, so if you have a monitor over 60Hz, I highly recommend temporarily reducing it to 60, unless you're an ultra gamer! (Unfortunately, whenever I try to cap the framerate at 60Hz, the game lags like crazy, so this probably won't be fixed. Sorry!)
